This week has been a major project week. It has been fun spending some time with a friend and getting some things done both at her house and mine.
I really really really wish I would have taken a before photo of this little cabinet. Imagine gold paint, 1970's strange handles hanging down. The older couple who I snagged this from for a measly $5 was honestly surprised that I wanted it. They asked me several times, "are you sure?".
What do you think? Inspired by a photo my sister sent me I tried the white doors with the blue. All the holes from that funky hardware gave me a challenge - so that is where the pretty birds came in.
Today, I'm pretty sure this is going to be a great piece. I'm thinking at the end of a hallway in my new house?
