Lesson 23: Not having money is really difficult, stressful and not fun.
Lesson 24: Not having any hope, happiness, or love in your life is much, much worse. It is unbearable. Given the choice between the two, I would go without money. Trust me on this, I've done it. I've been in places where I don't even believe in the possibility of my life ever being happy or fun or wonderful. I've lived in that dark place for years. Money - money is money and there are a lot of different ways to get by. I know because I do it. Hope, happiness, love -- those are not so easy to come by and when you have them you have to hang on for life.
